Qatar Screen Production Incentive (QSPI): up to 50% cash rebate

- 40% base rebate plus an uplift of up to 10% for criteria such as hiring Qatari talent, local training and promoting Qatari culture.
- If up to 25% of total qualifying spend is incurred in a selected neighbouring country, those costs can also be rebated.
- Applicants must be Qatari entities (including SPVs) licensed by Media City Qatar.
