Terms
- Rights: the actor allows the production to record their performance, image and voice and to use them in the project, its trailers and its promotion, in all media, worldwide, without time limit, unless limited here: ___.
- Credit: the actor will be credited as “___”, in position ___ of the credits, subject to the final edit.
- Availability: the actor keeps the dates above free; any other work on those dates needs the production’s written agreement.
- Sensitive scenes: nudity, intimate scenes and stunts happen only with the actor’s prior written consent, a closed set and, where needed, an intimacy or stunt coordinator: ___.
- Publicity: the actor will take part in up to ___ days of promotion (premiere, press, festivals), with travel paid by the production.
- Cancellation: if the production cancels less than ___ days before the first shoot day, it pays ___ % of the fee.
- Confidentiality: the actor will not share the script, footage or set photos before the official release without written permission.
- Safety and insurance: the production provides a safe set and the insurance required for the shoot.
