Before you cast
- Availability confirmed for all shoot dates, fittings and rehearsals
- Candidates know how long self-tapes and photos are kept, and when they are deleted
- For anyone under 18: a parent or guardian is present and the consent form is ready (see the Parent / guardian consent template)
- Fee and terms agreed in writing (see the Actor agreement template)
- Candidates who were not chosen have been told
