Terms
- Both parties check the equipment together at pick-up and at return and note its condition in the list above.
- From pick-up to return, the renter is responsible for loss, theft and damage, except normal wear and faults that were already there.
- The owner confirms the equipment works and is safe. The renter reports any fault at once and does not attempt major repairs.
- Late return is charged at ___ per day. The renter may not sub-rent or lend the equipment.
- The deposit is returned within ___ days after the equipment comes back in good condition.
- Governing law: this agreement is governed by the law of ___, and disputes go to the courts of ___.
