Terms
- The owner allows the production, its crew, cast and equipment to enter the property on the dates above to film and record images and sound.
- The production may use the footage, and the name and appearance of the property, in the project and its promotion, in all media, worldwide, without time limit, unless agreed otherwise here: ___.
- The production will leave the property in the condition it was found and will repair or pay for any damage it causes.
- The production holds liability insurance for the shoot (policy no. ___).
- The owner confirms they have the right to grant this permission.
- Public spaces and some private sites also need a permit from the local authority or film commission; this release does not replace it.
